Tropical Breakfast Smoothie

A refreshing tropical breakfast smoothie to start your day off right.

Ingredients

•1 fresh orange, peeled and chopped
•1 thumb size piece of fresh ginger,
peeled and chopped
•1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen
pineapple chunks
•1 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks
•1 11oz container of So Delicious
Culinary Coconut Milk (found at
Whole Food at stores)
•1 teaspoon vanilla
•2 heaping tablespoons honey

Instructions
1. Toss all ingredients into a high
speed blender, Blend at high speed until everything is incorporated and
there aren’t any lumps. [b]At least
one of the fruits should be frozen[/
b] (mine is usually the mango),
which helps to thicken as well as
chill the smoothie. Pour into
glasses. This recipe will serve
approximately four 8oz glasses.
