How to make chilly pepper crabs

2 crabs-clean and cut in half
1 tomato-quartered
few stalks of chives-cut 1" length
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp thick soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1 red onion-chopped
2 pips garlic-chopped
1/2 " ginger-chopped
1 lemon grass- crushed
2 red chillies-chopped
dash of black pepper
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp sugar
1 egg

1. heat wok with 3 tbsp oil. Add the chopped ingredients and saute till aroma.

2. Add crabs and stir till combine then add seasoning.

3. Add water and cover wok to simmer for 10 mins , then lastly add egg which is lightly beaten. Stir. Sprinkle some chopped parsley for garnish.

4. Serve hot.
